Well serviced place, very professional staff from General manager to room cleaners. A nice size and brand-new room and very clean beds. Had very nice a safe, a work desk and a TV with satellite channels. The hotel of choice in Lyon.

Liked how incredibly friendly and simple the property was and its super staff at night shift. The breakfast offered a wide range of affordable meals.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the level of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were impeccably clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the spaciousness and the coffee and tea facilities in our room. The breakfast, with its French flair, was a great start to our day.

All in all, everything was just perfect at this hotel.

i did not like the staff attitude about the breakfast as it says included what they dont tell you is that it is continental not the buffet breakfast witch by the way was a disgrace some scrambled egg and that was it also it is too far from the city centre and for metro links i would not recomend this hotel

It offers great services.

it was clean place, staff were superbly friendly, and i thoroughly enjoyed my functional room. the restaurant had lots of outstanding meals for breakfast. the location was lovely and fab and the private parking was close to the hotel. i tried some drinks at wine bar l'epicerie comptoir, located 10 minutes walk away. this was a really great trip, i didn't feel like leaving.

The rooms at this hotel were really comfortable and spacious, offering a great level of comfort during our stay. The location, situated away from the city center, was perfect for enjoying a quiet and peaceful environment. We also appreciated the regular and easy bus service to the city, which made exploring Lyon convenient.

Finding the hotel could be a bit frustrating due to the area being updated, with no clear signage outside. The staff seemed a bit formal and the security was tight, having to be buzzed in everywhere from the front desk.

It was new so everything was clean. I like the decor. And it rate it high basically for value for money

The value for money was outstanding, with affordable prices for such a high standard of accommodation. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-designed rooms with all the facilities we expected, including a beautiful bathroom, to the stunning view of the river. We especially appreciated the facilities for making tea in our room, which added that extra touch of comfort. The location in a very quiet neighborhood, right on the banks of the Saone river, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Spent Christmas here and loved the festive vibe. the room was cozy and warm, and the staff was friendly. the breakfast had a good spread with plenty of options. the location was ideal for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close enough to visit. Indoor parking was a huge plus, especially during the winter season. the gym was well-maintained and had decent equipment.

The wifi was slow and unreliable. the room decor and furnishings were outdated, which was a bit disappointing.
